Halimah Namakula Speaks Out About Rema Namakula's Marriage, Reveals Family's New Plans

Musician Rema Namakula's acting mother and former musician Halima Namakula has opened up about Rema Namakula and Dr Hamza Ssebunya's new marriage.

Appearing on a local TV station BBS Telefayina, Halima revealed why she never attended Rema Namakula's Kukyala ceremony and now that she is back, she is ready for the introduction.

When asked about whether she regrets Rema ever dumping Eddy Kenzo, Halima replied back that she only respects and follows what her daughter (Rema) chooses that's why she neither has a problem with Kenzo nor even Hamza.

"Rema knows that I was away from the country, we talked about it and i told her to choose what her heart wants. I am okay with Rema choosing whatever man she wants, I will be there to support her as a Mother", Halima stated.

"You haven't seen anything yet, the introduction is just a few days away and we are all ready, the plans are huge and Rema is now being pampered in the house as she is not allowed to go anywhere until the big day"- Halima added.
