Recently removed from being the Africell Brand Ambassador, Sheila Carol Gashumba is now back to buying her own data bundles but she's already shedding tears.

Through her social media, Twitter handle, Sheila Gashumba, also a media personality has expressed her deep worry for the evaporating data bundles after spending UGx 8,000 in just a few hours.
