Livingstone Mbabazi Earns His First Win at Wakiso Giants

Match day 18 was concluded on Sunday 19th, 2020 with a single match played at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium as "the Purple Sharks" got their first win under new Coach Livingstone Mbabazi and their first of the second round.

Wakiso Giants also known as "The Pride of Wakiso" beat Onduparaka FC 1:0 thanks to a 44th minute strike from former Onduparaka Player Vianney Ssekajjugo.

Former Old Boys Vianney Ssekajjugo and Livingstone Mbabazi were on duty to punish former pay pasters. For starters, Mbabazi left Onduparaka in November last year to joint Wakiso Giants as Ssekajjugo joined the Wakiso side at the start of this season also from the Arua side.

The result means Wakiso Giants are third on the table with 23 points from 7 wins, 2 draws and 9 losses.
