Singer Wycliff Tugume alias Ykee Benda has finally released the audio of the song that he recorded for the Uganda Police about Gender Based Violence.
Way back, the Assistant Inspector-General of Police (AIGP) Asan Kasingye requested Mpaka Records CEO Ykee Benda to record a song that informs the public about gender-based violence.
Asan Kasingye believed there was need for a strong and informative message to the public about respect for the rights of women and the girl child at large through a catchy music project.
The CEO Mpaka Records has on Monday 16th dropped the project that is believed to have earned him over shs2million as it had earlier been promised by the renowned 'Twitter cop'.
