Stand up comedians Madrat and Chiko have donated 10 tonnes (10,000kg) of maize floor to the Covid-19 Task Force to rescue the vulnerable affected by the coronavirus lockdown in the country.
In partnership with their "Nseko Buseko" annual comedy concert sponsors, Worldstar Betting, the talented comedy dynamic duo has on Friday 10th paraded off a truck of food relief that is destined to be handed over to the Anti-Coronavirus Task Force to continue bailing out the needy from starvation.
Speaking to journalists at their residence in Kampala, Madrat and Chiko have stated that they had to sacrifice the little their had prepared for their next "Nseko Buseko" comedy experience and add it up with that of their main corporate sponsor to rescue fellow Ugandans that were trapped up home lifeless following the countrywide pandemic lockdown.
Asked why they couldn't run to the rescue of fellow comedians dying of hunger currently mention MC Kapale, The Mighty Family among others, the latter have distanced themselves from such responsibilities as its solely meant for the government given the fact that they fear being charged of attempted murder.
