Songbird Juliana Kanyomozi has advised the sacked 88.2 Sanyu FM employees to use the challenging times as a blessing and a wake up call to aim for bigger things since it might be the only way to rediscover themselves.

The Princess of Tooro happens to be the latest personality to join the Crane Chambers but this time as an advisor to the disgruntled Sanyu FM employees who recently faced the sack from the Ruparelia group following a sit down strike as they yearned for a better pay.

After quitting the i-jay where she sang alongside Iryn Namubiru, "Mama Taj" joined the radio business as as a presenter with Capital FM doing her gig with the former Big Brother Africa housemate, Gaetano Kaggwa who's till now part of the station.

Through her socials, Juliana who is currently taking on her new experience as a mother after giving birth recently has shared her previous experience; the painful decision she made to quit radio despite the availability of a good salary and benefits at that time.

The "Zaabu" singer claims that though she still misses radio, she is forever thankful for making a brave decision of quitting the airwaves to join the music industry where she ended up also realizing her lifetime goals.

"If you’re a Sanyu Fm employee, this might be the time for you to rediscover yourself, your other talents. Leaving Capital fm was one of the hardest decisions I ever had to make, I was comfortable with a guaranteed salary and other benefits," tweeted Juliana Kanyomozi.

The diva has recounted how her Programs director by then asked her to make a preference between music and the airwaves and surprisingly, her choice to move on with music was fruitful no wonder she isn't regretful.

"But my PD at the time asked me to choose btn a music career and a radio job. I chose the former. I didn’t know what I was going to find out there, infact I was scared, but I took the leap of faith. Today I’m thankful for my growth and independence," added Juliana Kanyomozi.

The singer is positive of making strong decisions since success wouldn't have been on her side had she turned incurious.

"I wouldn’t have achieved half of what I have if I’d chosen the “safety” of being employed with a salary. A job with a salary is a good thing don’t get me wrong. But if you want to achieve bigger, sometimes you have to take that leap of faith."-Juliana Kanyomozi.
