Nicolas Wadada Destined for the Tanzania Premier League MVP Accolade

From the 30 man short list passed a fortnight ago, the right back sensation is destined for the Most Valuable Player of the season in Tanzania's top tier after making the final three man list for the gong.

Wadada who hit one goal and assisted eight is now head to head with Bakari Mwamnyeto of Coastal Union and SC Simba's midfield star Clatous Chama.

With Meddie Kagere (league's reigning top scorer) off the list, Wadada looks set to beat the remaining two to the accolade. The player is also set to c
beat competition for the best defender of the season accolade.

In the other awards up for grabs is the best coach of the season which also has three finalists including Wadada's coach at Azam FC Aristica Cioaba, Sven Vandenbroeck of Simba SC and Thierry Hitimana of Namungo FC.

The winners of all categories will be announced on Friday 7th August, 2020 with Meddie Kagere already the top scorer after hitting 22 goals for Simba SC.
