Onduparaka FC Signs Two More Players as UPL Kick Off Dates Draw Closer.

Onduparaka and Police FC are the two busiest clubs in the transfer window after both hitting double figures as per their new recruits is concerned.

The "Caterpillars" on Monday 31st August, 2020 unveiled two more signings in defensive midfielder Simon Okot and goalkeeper Stephen Ogiramoi.

The two signed a two and three year contract from Katwe United FC and U-Touch FC respectively.

The two joins already recruited players like, Jerry Jekisa, Emmanuel Okech, Bonny Musema,Gabdriel Matata,Kennedy Atibuni, Emmanuel Odur,Nelson Opiyo,Gabdriel Matata and Jasper Okello.

Onduparaka had their worst performance last season since their innaugural season in 2016/2017. They finished eighth on a sixteen team log with 31 points from 9 wins, 4 draws and 12 losses.

The new season 2020/2021 is tentatively set to kick off on 17th October, 2020 but in consideration of how the healthy state in the country will be like.

The 2016 Uganda Cup runners (Onduparaka) will next season be under the stewardship of new coach Vialli Bainomugisha who will work along with assistant Mubarak Wamboya and Ibrahim Kongo will be the goalkeeping coach as they look to rejuvinating their performance ahead of the new season 2020/2021.
