KCCA FC Takes Kampala Derby Bragging Rights With a Slim 1:0 Win Over SC Villa

KCCA FC were 1:0 winners against traditional nemesis SC Villa with a 73rd minute shot at the edge of the box clinching all the points KCCA FC needed to move fourth.

Charles Lwanga who replaced Sam Ssenyonjo in the 62nd minute scored the only goal KCCA FC needed to win their 10th match of the season. KCCA currently stand 4th with 35 points from 10 wins, 5 draws and 3 losses.

SC Villa currently stand 6th in the table with 29 points from 8 wins and as many draws as losses, 5.

KCCA next play Mbarara City FC on 21st April in Mbarara at Kakyeka Stadium whereas SC Villa will be at home against second placed URA FC in Bombo.
