"I Already Have 3 Kids and Am Now Pregnant with 4th Child"- Maama Fiina Confirms

Traditional healer Sylvia Namutebi has come out and confirmed how she is currently pregnant again with her 4th child for longtiem husband Mr. Ali.

Appearing on a local YouTuber's channel for an interview, Maama Fiina confessed how much she used to love Muhammad Kiggundu before his assasination.

She also came out and confessed how much she loves her children and how she is already pregnant and ready to give birth to her last child, a fourth kid.

"Yes i am pregnant and I already have 3 kids, though people think Phina is my only child which is not true...  I am pregnant again for my new lover and very soon we are going to have a beautiful wedding ceremony."- Maama Fiina confirmed.
