Bright Stars FC Elevates Relagation Survival Hopes with Win Against Bul FC

Following a run of one win in the last five matches (2D,2L), Bright Stars have made a return to winning ways with a 3:0 demolition of visitors Bul Fc following a 2:1 loss to Vipers SC in their last match.

Ibrahim Kasinde opened the scoring for the home side in the 38th minute,Joseph Janjaali added the other goal four minutes into second half before Jungu Methodius put the icing on the cake with ten minutes left to play for.

Bul FC who would have closed in on third placed URA FC to only two points but missed out on the opportunity after the rampant Paul 'Kiwa' Kiwanuka side put three unanswered goals past Bul fc. They thus remained fourth on a sixteen team log with 33 points, ten less of leaders Vipers SC.

The win, fourth of the season for Bright Stars lifts them to 12th position on 19 points, displacing SC Villa who slided to 13th position, just a slot above relagation.
