Sipapa Knocks Car On Bypass and Pulls Out Gun to Shoot the Driver

Charles Olimi, commonly known as Sipapa is currently trendin for allegedly knocking someone’s car and pulling out a gun to kill shoot him for complaining.

According to reports, Sipapa was driving his latest numberless V8 car and allegedly knocked another car which happened to be a Benz while he was trying to create his own way in a traffic jam.

The incident happened around the Naalya Kiwatule roundabout and after knocking the man’s car, he allegedly threatened to beat and shoot him.

Sipapa was moving with another security personnel and they were both armed according to the victim whose car was knocked.

According to him, he stopped to apologise to the man and after asking him to follow him to where he was going so they can negotiate about how he can fix his damaged Benz car.

The man allegedly was also furious and mad and started taking pictures and videos which angered Sipapa and started exchanging words.
