Talent manager Trigger has come out and bitterly hit at top Ugandan musicians that are killing the industry slowly. Daddy Andre's former manager has said that the Big Three invested good competition in the game but lately it has died due to greed.
Speaking out in an interview with our website, Trigger Management said that back in the days, artistes used to compete about owning monster cars, houses, hit music and even clothing, but now all they care about is breaking through and getting a name.
Trigger expressed his anger by stating that over the years, he has worked with variou artistes but with everything ending in deep disappointed after realizing that their dreams are limited and others actually Goal-less.
"You see, over the years I have been working with different artistes but most of them end up as big disappointments, their visions are limited even if you try showing them the right direction. Recently Bebe Cool said that back in the days they used to have health competition but now all musicians do is abuse eachother and they don't compete the way things used to be.
Musicians used to compete about building massive houses, owning the latest cars and having the most beautiful women, nowadays artistes just want to get famous and put something in their stomachs, I want us to go back to those roots"- Trigger told us in an interview.

Meanwhile, music managers have always played a huge role in helping musicians better themselves and reach a higher goal but lately, that has become so hard trying to mentor or drive someone to the right path when their vision is limited, which is lets say what is currently going on in our industry.
Lately, Ugandan music industry is where you will find an artiste splashing out of the blue with a hit song / vibe, that lasts only 3 months and they disappears, the next time you see them is when they are begging for help or asking for performances yet at somepoint they had serious management they never took help from.
