City Paparazzi Han Shots has come out and bitterly exposed top socialites who love taking photos with him but always end up refusing to pay, Sheila Gashumba has topped the list as the biggest defaulter.
Speaking out in an interview with Galaxy TV, Hanz stated that Sheilah Gashumba reached out to him in need of his photography services which he offered in agreement at a small fee.
He said that after a while of collaboration, Sheilah Gashumba started playing hide and seek when it came to paying for the photos.
Later on, it is said that she opted for other photographers in town and continued to use the same strategies of not paying for the work hence spoiling people's names.
