Alex Muhangi Gives Back to the Destitute at Katalemwa Children's Rehabilitation Center

Comedy Store Uganda last donated a number of goodies and financial assistance to the destitute at Katalemwa Cheshire children's Rehabilitation Home.

The Comedy Store UG team led by CEO Alex Muhangi donated food items such as beans rice, cooking oil, posho and sugar in addition to other household items.

Having had a successful comic year, Comedy Store UG had to give back part of their proceeds by donating relief to the Mpererwe based rehabilitation center as part of the golden jubilee celebrations of the vicinity that will go down later this year.

Katalemwa Cheshire Rehabilitation Center takes care of over 1500 children with some unique conditions such as Spina Bifida, Cerebral palsy, amputees, Hydrocephalus, not forgetting those that are physically handicapped.

"We (Comedy Store) believe this is just the beginning of what is possible. We reached to other partners, regarding this initiative and we feel like the next time, we will make even greater impact," Said Alex Muhangi after handing over a cash contribution to the management.
