Latest news coming through from the late Sheikh Nuhu Muzaata's house exposes how his two widows Amiina and Kuluthum are fighting over his property, first wife was divorced but she wants to take the house, Muzaata's Will prohibits it.

According to CelebPatrol, the former Director of Dawa and Kibuli Muslim faction Sheikh Nuhu Muzaata Batte's widows are exchanging words  on who will inherit the matrimonial home.

Speaking in an an exclusively interview  with the Grapevine,  Muzaata’s Lawyer known as Erias Nalukoola revealed that the late left him with a will on how his properties should be distributed. He said that he drafted the will with the help of Sheikh Bakasambe and Sheikh Yasin Kiwewa.

Nalikoola said that Muzaata divided his property in line with the Muslim Sharia teaching.

Nalukoola’s explanations comes at a time when there is a fierce fight between Kuluthum Nabunya Muzaata, the late’s second wife and Amina Bugirita, Muzaata’s first wife.

Amina says that she contributed to the construction of their matrimonial home in Kawempe therefore she should benefit more from the late’s wealth. It should however be noted that Amina and Muzaata separated 25 years ago following reasons of adultery that saw Amiina fly to America with her kids and became born again.

Sheikh Muzaata then married Kuluthum who now claims that that she should be the one to stay in the matrimonial home since she has been the one looking after the deceased for the past 20 years.

It has however been revealed that on the time Muzaata’s demise, he was a single man after Kuluthum left him for reasons not yet known, sources say he was only catered for by his son at the time when he was in coma.
