Uganda's football governing body, the Federation of Uganda Football Association FUFA, is said to be in the hunt for Chelsea FC Coach Chris Mcginn to take on the head Coach's role at the Uganda Cranes.
According to Fabrizio Romano, an Italian football Journalist known for breaking football transfers before they are known to the rest, Chris Mcginn who has also worked with clubs like Arsenal is thought to be the next man to take on helm at Uganda Cranes.
Speaking about the transfer of the Coach, Fabrizio Romano posted this on his Facebook page late on Thursday night...
"Chris Mcginn - currently a coach at Chelsea FC and has worked with top premier league clubs like Arsenal - now being looked at by Uganda football federation as the next manager. 🇺🇬 #transfers."
Uganda Cranes has been without a coach since March, 2021 when they parted ways with former Irish Coach Jonathan McKinstry who they accused of failing to qualify Uganda for the AFCON 2021 which will take place in Cameroon next year.
Born on 12th January,1963, Chris Mcginn is an English professional Manager, Coach and former footballer. McGinn has also been manager at Carshalton Athletic and former assistant at South Park.
